This is a full-time hybrid role as a Real Estate Administrative Assistant at Neighborly Property Group. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, providing customer service, and supporting real estate operations. Remote work is acceptable, but the role will require some weekly office hours at our headquarters located in Edina, MN.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and customer service abilities
  • Experience in administrative assistance, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Knowledge of real estate operations and processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferable but not required
  • Highly detail oriented

Responsibilities

  • Answering client emails
  • Administer Company Zillow Account
  • Manage Company Follow-up Boss Account
  • Setup MLS Searches for Clients
  • Lead Gen & Prospecting In Customer Database
  • Offer Submission Setup & Assistance
  • Completing and Managing All Transaction Paperwork
  • Vendor Coordination For Transactions (title, inspection, lender, sign posts, etc.)
  • Preparing CMA’s for Client Listings
  • Managing Transaction Communication With Customer & Team Agents
  • Personally Assist Lead Agent With Daily Work Engagement
