Our Remodeling Process

Initial Walkthrough

We will come to your home and walk through your space with you. You can tell us what you are dreaming about for your space, and we will discuss your ideas, budget, and timeline. You can also expect that we will take some photos and measurements to help us put together an estimate for you.

Design

You will work with our designer to bring your dream to life! This step involves finalizing floorplans and layouts, choosing finishes, and getting a glimpse of how your project will look when it is complete.

Estimate

After walking through your space and hearing about your project needs we will give you an initial estimate. This a price range that helps you determine if your project will fall into your budget. This is a great time to ask questions and discuss any initial concerns and ideas you have.

Finalize Estimate

After all the selections are made and finalized, we will give you a final estimate for the build portion of your project.

Design and Hold Contract

Now that you have decided to work with us, the first step is to sign the Design & Hold contract and place a design deposit. This ensures you a place on our build schedule, and allows us to proceed to the next step: Design!

Build Contract

Now that your design is finalized, you will sign the Build Contract and place a deposit for the build portion of your project. We will order materials, and get started on your project.
